TERMS AND SERVICES!

[Please read it thoroughly. Important information at the bottom.]

☆ Important Info

- The only main contacts I have for commission details are Email, Discord, and Twitter/X. Though I mostly prefer to use Discord for communicating.
- Please contact me first before requesting a commission on Kofi!
- I have the right to decline requests for any reason.
- Any kind of disrespect towards the artist will result to instant rejection of your commission offer.
- I will always send work in progresses to clients, corrections of mistakes and/or suggestions are always appreciated.
- Sharing WIPs publicly is not allowed, however sharing them privately to a friend or two is alright. As long as it is shared privately and not publicly.

☆ Payment

- The payment will only be after the Sketch is approved by the client. (only applies to full artwork commissions)
- For sketch commissions please pay after I accept the request.
- Payment can be through Ko-fi or VGen
- You are free to cancel if you're unsatisfied but please do not take and share the work in progress online.
- Please be sure that you're satisfied with the sketch. I can't give you back your money if you cancel it halfway through the process of being finished.
- I will not accept refunds when you cancel while the artwork is already being worked on.

☆ Deadlines

- Don't give me deadlines, I'm sorry but I'm still a student so I don't have that much free time.
- Don't worry, I'll keep in check every few days to send you the progress of the artwork.
- It will take 4 days or a few weeks for me to finish the artwork. The duration depends on what you've commissioned me.
- In a few occasions it might take me longer to work on your commission due to mental health or school reasons, but I'll keep in touch to make sure if you're still interested or not.

☆ Artwork

- Using my art for commercial purposes isn't allowed along with selling the commission piece. I will take down the artwork if I have to.
- Usage of my artwork for NFT or AI will result in instant removal of the artwork.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own work.
- You don't have to, but credit is still appreciated if you're going to share the commissioned piece.
- Don't draw over the sketch or trace it, do not color it in as well and claim as your own artwork.
- Using the artwork for personal use (print, keychain, etc.) is okay as long as it is for personal use only.
- The artwork will be put it up as an example for my commission sheet or my portfolio unless the client requests not to.
- I will not let you use and keep the artwork if you do not follow the TOS.
